I have been sitting on my buttocks grieving over losing Stargate Universe (I'm devastated, my whole family is tiptoeing around me and tries to cope with my occassional outbursts of anger and fury, shouting nasty things at SyFy) and I came up with the idea of picspamming my favourite tv couples. Here's the first one. It actually gave me a sense of comfort.

I love creating picspams and this challange gave me a very good reason to work on them :) My theme was mainly 'emotion' which is very much present in SGU. Enjoy.

I started watching the Canadian show called "Shattered" and had a pleasant discovery. In episode 4 I discovered Kavan Smith who had quite a significant role and since I had some freetime, I made some Shattered icons and a couple of screencaps of our beloved Major Lorne. Why do I love to ship Rush and Chloe so much? Easy. Their whole relationship is a constant development.
Chloe is so sweet when she pommels Rush with all her strength, among tears, with an aching heart like she could hurt him, like she could punish him for shattering her world. And magic happens, Rush in his most gentlemanly way soothes the troubled girl with his voice and his promise to make it sure that her father’s sacrifice was not in vain.
Chloe keeps up fighting against Rush every time she can, the difference between them is so vast, the young girl, from a loving family, from a home where she never experienced that sometimes you have to pay the price of success against the man whose success is his own brilliant self. He achieved much but he comes from the exact opposite background as Chloe.
They come really close when they both end up on the alien ship and Rush saves Chloe’s life. Epic scene, all shippers dream. Fuel on the fire, so to say. If you have not been a shipper before that moment, Crush will carry you off of your feet. And from now on they are united within the secret, within the mystery, and they share the same thought of not being safe. The grandeur of that moment will haunt me till death.
Rush knows deep inside that their safety might not be threatened from the outside world, it may come from their own personality changes and when he sees the first signs on Chloe, he is the only one who knows how to treat her. I fell in love with the episode „Pathogen” because Chloe becomes an equal to Rush in that episode. The way he looks at her, half-amused, half-frightened by her change, knowing how special she is makes her his ’accomplice’ and Chloe relates to Rush because he is the only person on the ship who understands how it feels to be different, to be an outsider.
They are the solution to the problems of the future. If they are not the problems of the future themselves.

What music fits Chloe best? We all have our own ideas about that, but I'm pretty sure she is quite messed up inside now so she wouldn't stick to one style only. These are the songs I choose her, this plays When Chloe Dreams of...(Rush, Matt, her Dad, her past life etc). Enjoy :)

My first ever fic was made for a Stargateland challange, so be kind, also take into consideration that I am Hungarian so if you find something not so stylish or grammatically horrible, well, you know what I mean :) Be kind :)
I still don't know much about ratings and stuff, but I think this goes out for everyone, it is not brutal or bloody. No sex included, basically harmless :) I just want my team to win this challenge :D
O’Neill was disturbed. Really disturbed. Headquarters reported wraith sighting in the desert in Arizona and there has been witnesses. One would think the desert is a desolate place without wandering tourists who make your life miserable because they ask questions, you have to convince them that what they think they saw is not what they really saw and then you have to file a report on the case, in triplicate but first you have to catch that bastard alien before it reduces the already low population of the state. Work, work, work. O’Neill wanted some peace, to relax, preferably on a boat, fishing, drinking beer and watch the stars from a different angle than he usually did. But this was his mentality; even though a general now, he couldn’t keep himself from being there, in the middle of action and watching things go smoothly in a very fine direction. This is why he was on the road to find that damned trailer from which Colonel Sheppard last reported their status.
He turned left when he got to the crossroad and it was there: a little weather-beaten trailer in the middle of nowhere far in the distance. Though being so much on the outskirts of town, it attracted quite an number of audience: he counted seven people around the premises and he knew that four had gone on the mission with Sheppard. So three of them are witnesses or wraiths or whatever. „God, I need those glasses, old hawk-eye is the legend of the past” – he pondered.
We he got closer he instantly noticed that Sheppard had everything under control. No unnecessary hustling and bustling. „Good. Sheppard is the man of the day.” – O’Neill hoped his report would not be long.

Who would have thought that there will come a day when Mike Dopud will return to my life and right back into the Stargate franchise. Anyone remembers the runner called Kyryk from SGA 5x9 Tracker? Well, I DOOOOO! Doo-bi-doo-bi-doo :) Cannot forget that episode, Jewels hand all over his shirtless chest, I even shipped Kyryk/Jennifer for a while but they did not bring him back. Now it's happy time for me, he is on the show again, wearing his hot smile :) So Dr. Rush, excuse me but tonight there is a great variety of good guys on display. Couldn't make just one Riley icon though...it still hurts :((
Counting the number of icons I made still make me a Rush fan I guess...But my favourite is the Hugsy one, not because it is so cool or something, no, only because I love how emotional too guys can get during a football match/at a bachelor party/during some catfight. Enjoy and comment please, I'm so keen on hearing opinions :)
